Two Minute Moves TV is here to bust the excuses and obstacles that get in your way of feeling, looking and living the way you want. This is where you will find the workouts and wellness advice that work in your 'real world'. The one where it can be really hard some days to find the time, energy or motivation to give back to YOU. Rather than any big, unsustainable changes, here at Two Minute Moves TV you will be taking small steps every day that lead to amazing results with some unexpected ripple effects along the way. 

I'm your host, Lizzy Williamson and as a Personal Trainer, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Presenter, Speaker and Author, I have helped thousands of people discover how to fit exercise into their day and how good they feel when they do. Many of us subscribe to Netflix for entertainment. This is your chance to subscribe to something that is going to have you at your fittest, healthiest, happiest self. Two-Minute Moves Workout Program


As seen on the Today Show, Good Morning America and Studio 10, the Two Minute Moves Workouts might be little but they make a big difference. With a new home-workout program to follow each month you'll stay motivated, on-track and never get bored. These workouts make exercise super easy to maintain so you don't miss out on the ripple effect that come from being fitter, stronger, happier, more energised and feeling better about yourself.

These 2-minute video workouts for all ages and fitness levels make exercise enjoyable and achievable. Do them while you're at your kitchen bench, on your couch binge-watching Netflix, with your kids, scrolling through Facebook, brushing your teeth, sitting down at work, at the playground, out walking your dog, with your wine bottles or when you're in your pjs.

I paced the hall while talking to a friend on the phone, did a few push ups at the kitchen bench while waiting for the kettle to boil and did some calf raises while brushing my teeth. I’m getting strange looks from my husband and the kids but moving is starting to become automatic which is great.

Don't worry, I've made sure this program stays super affordable for you.
