For 5 days, you are going to take 5 moments to do a Two Minute Move - a workout with moves that you can easily make part of your day (no having to get out your yoga mat or have any equipment for these workouts).

Doesn't sound enough to achieve the results you are after? You'll be surprised how taking little moments, consistently, add up to making a big difference. The moves are work fast, are achievable and your body will LOVE them.

You'll receive a video and audio version of your workouts to do for the 5 days of the challenge. There will be a 2-minute workout for each of the following:

  • Arms
  • Tummy
  • Booty
  • Thighs
  • Cardio
  • plus a bonus Stretch after each move
