10X2 Workouts

Thank you for being part of 10X2! I've absolutely loved doing these for you. Part of the entrepreneurial journey is putting things out there to see what works for people. There may be more 10X2 to come or it may come back in a different format after I hear how it went for you and anything else you want. More than anything, I hope these workouts have helped you feel good and shown you how possible it is to get some exercise in to your busy day. CARDIO DANCE WORKOUT

A dance off in your kitchen or living room is not only a whole lot of fun but it also delivers an amazing cardio workout. You sweat but it doesn't even feel like exercise. Anything that puts a smile on your face is something we want to be doing more of. Enjoy!

 
 

CARDIO AND STRETCH WORKOUT

Chances are you could do with some more cardio in your week. This is an easy way to get it in. Even if the weather is bad outside, you've got kids at home, you can't get to the gym or whatever that excuses voice is telling you, you can do this workout. Don't have 20 minutes? Do 2! Something is so much better than nothing because it means you start which creates momentum. Plus, all the little moments you take to give back to yourself add up to make a big difference to your fitness and the way you feel.

 

BARRE AND WINE WORKOUT

Get ready for 10 x 2 minute intervals of moves at your barre (kitchen bench) with a couple of wine bottles for dumbbells.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 

DESK AND CHAIR WORKOUT

10X2 - 10 x 2-minute intervals to give you a better energy boost than that second cup of coffee or a block of chocolate. You also get an increase of oxygen to your brain helping you work more productively and with more focus. Heard the saying, 'Sitting is the new smoking'? Time to get up, strengthen your core and glutes, loosen tight joints and get your heart and muscles working.

 

DANCE YOURSELF HAPPY WORKOUT

A 20 minute cardio dance workout that is super easy to follow and will have you sweating and smiling at the same time. Remember this is NOT Dance Yourself Perfect. It is a chance to let loose, feel free, connect back in with you and Dance Yourself Happy.

 
 

WINE BOTTLE WORKOUT

20 minutes of love for your arms and tummy. You'll need two bottles and a few pillows.

 
 

MONDAY MOOD WORKOUT

Moves to help you feel more grounded, calm or energised and less overwhelmed, anxious or frustrated.

 
 

COUCHILATES WORKOUT

20 minute workout on your couch, bed or floor - full of pilates-style moves for your core, thighs and glutes. Enjoy!

 
 

BARRE AT THE BENCH WORKOUT

Time for some strengthening, lengthening, extending, posture-checking and all the rest of the benefits that a barre workout gives you. You are going to feel this one!

 
 

CONNECTION, STRENGTH AND STRETCH WORKOUT

Spend the next 20 minutes becoming more connected to your body, working your strength and stretching out any tight, stiff muscles.
